5 Lucky Developers Private Limited is based out of 162/Sp-36 in the R.H.B Pratap Nagar area. The name is a bit unique, I guess, but we are just a regular bunch of people working in land development. Pratap Nagar has been growing so fast lately, and being right in the middle of it at the RHB colony makes things interesting. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. We spend most of our time looking at plots and talking to people who are interested in the area. It is a lot of walking around in the sun and checking boundaries. Sometimes the heat is a real bother, but the work has to get done regardless. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There is no real hierarchy or anything, just whoever is free picks up the phone or goes to meet the contractor. We have been through some busy times and some quiet ones too. Dealing with the paperwork for land can be a real headache sometimes with all the different rules, but we have been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to stay busy and do right by the people who come to us. It is a simple life, honestly.
