We are tucked away at unit 34 in the JDA shopping centre over in Bajaj Nagar. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with people shopping and moving around. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking at property stuff. We’ve been here at Arihant Prime Buildmart Pvt Ltd for some time now. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day work. Sometimes a client comes in and we just sit around the old table and talk through what they need. There's no big sales pitch here. We just show what’s available and answer questions. The shopping centre is an old building, so sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty or the lighting in the hallway isn't great. But it works for us. We like being in Bajaj Nagar because it feels like a real neighborhood. You see the same faces every day. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of different sites we’re working on. It’s not the most organized office, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites, so the office is often quiet until someone drops by. We just try to be straightforward with people who come in. No fancy brochures, just honest talk about building projects and what can actually be done with the budget. We aren't perfect but we try hard.
