You can find our office up on the first floor at D 2 in the Chandpole Bazar area. We are right by the Anaj Mandi, so there is always a lot of activity and noise from the market downstairs. It is a very old part of the city, and we have been in this same spot for a long time. The building is older and the stairs are a bit steep, but it has a lot of character. We spend our days dealing with all the different properties around the bazar. Since the grain market is right there, we get a lot of people coming in to ask about shops or storage spaces. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It is just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of registers. We like it this way because it feels like a real part of the market. We know almost everyone who has a business nearby. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished ads. We just give people the straight facts about the buildings and the prices in this neighborhood. Sometimes we are so busy with the market crowds that the day just flies by. We are just local people who understand how the property market works in this specific part of the city and we try to be helpful.
