We are based in Jaipur, specifically at B-58 in the Govindam Tower on Kalwad Road. If you are driving near Kardhani or Jhotwara, you’ve probably passed us. We are right near the petrol pump, which makes it a good landmark for people coming to see us. The tower is usually quite busy with different businesses, but we have our own quiet corner. Our office is where we handle all the associate work, mostly related to housing and planning. Jaipur can get incredibly hot, so we’re grateful for the shade in this building. We have a few tables set up where we look over house designs and talk to people about their land. It’s not a corporate environment. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. We’ve lived in this city for most of our lives, so we know how the local neighborhoods are laid out. Most of our clients are just regular families looking to build something or buy a plot. We sit down with them, have some water, and go over the details. It’s a slow and steady process. We don't believe in rushing things because a house is a big deal for anyone. We’ve been at this for a few years and have seen Kalwad Road grow from a quiet stretch to a very busy part of town. We just keep doing our part, one plan at a time, from our little spot in Govindam Tower.
