Out on Tonk Road, we have our workspace at 508 in Balaji Tower, right near the Durgapura area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always plenty of noise and movement right outside our door. We’ve been operating from the fourth floor here for quite some time, focusing on different building and infrastructure projects around the city. It’s not just houses for us; we get involved in all sorts of construction work that keeps the town growing and moving. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers, maps, and samples of materials we’re thinking of using for various jobs. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a computer or talking loudly on the phone to a supplier about a delivery. Durgapura is a good area to be based in because we can get to most of our active sites pretty quickly from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just one that does a decent job and stays busy enough. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of waiting for permits and dealing with the rain, but we’re used to it by now. Folks know where we are if they need to discuss a project or check on how things are going. We just try to be practical and keep the wheels turning on whatever we have started. It’s a lot of work.
