We've been over here at Shop No. 6 in Ram Nagar for a while now. Most people know us because we're just down the way from Mjrp College in Sodala. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. My brother and I started this because we saw so many people struggling to find decent places to live or set up shop around Jaipur. It isn't always easy dealing with property stuff, especially with all the paperwork and the back-and-forth, but we just try to keep things straightforward. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or out looking at sites, making sure what we're telling people actually matches what's on the ground. Jaipur is growing fast, and Sodala is right in the middle of a lot of that change. We’ve seen these streets change quite a bit over the years. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't a big fancy office with a lot of suits. It’s just us in the shop, usually with some tea, talking to whoever walks in. People come by asking about rentals or if anyone is selling nearby. We don't have some big philosophy about it; we just help them find what they need. It’s mostly about knowing the local area and the people who live here. If you're near Ram Nagar, you've probably walked past our door a dozen times without thinking about it. That's fine by us. We're just part of the neighborhood.
