You can find us at E- 60 on Girdhar Marg in Malviya Nagar. It’s a decent sized office but it usually feels smaller because of all the blueprints and files stacked up everywhere. We’ve been doing development work as Aastha Buildhome Developers Pvt Ltd for a few years now. The team is just a handful of local guys who know the streets around here pretty well. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to get the houses built right. Most mornings, the office smells like coffee and paper. Someone is always coming in with a problem from a site or a new drawing that needs looking at. Girdhar Marg is a busy street, so there's always noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big fancy sign or a doorman. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. We deal with a lot of local folks looking to build their first home or maybe just a small apartment building. It’s stressful work sometimes, dealing with labor and materials and the weather, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things simple. If there's a delay, we tell people. If something costs more, we explain why. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we stay until the job is finished. That’s just the way we operate here in Malviya Nagar. We’re just regular people trying to build good homes for regular families.
