Adhunik Properties

Adhunik Properties at S-7, Lakhanpuri. It's a small place on Tonk Road. I spend most of my time here in Ambedkar Colony just talking to people. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud because Tonk Road is always moving. I’ve got a few chairs and a desk where I keep all my folders and some old maps of the area. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular room where we deal with property stuff. People walk in and ask about rents or if anything is for sale nearby. I try to keep track of who is moving and who is staying. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking sound but I haven’t gotten around to fixing it yet. Lakhanpuri is a decent enough spot to be based. I usually have tea around eleven and watch the people go by. It’s mostly just me here, or maybe one other person helping out with the paperwork. We don’t do big ads or anything. Most people find us just by walking past the sign outside. It’s been this way for a while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home now. I know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around here pretty well. If you’re looking for S-7, it’s right there near the main stretch. Anyway, that’s basically what goes on here every day. Just simple work and a lot of talking to people about houses.
