Asha Properties

We are located at 15 Sikar Road, right at Dahar Balaji and near the bus stand. It’s a very busy spot to be in. Asha Properties has been around this area for a long time. Being so close to the bus stand means there is a constant flow of people and a lot of noise from the horns and engines. Our office is a simple one-room setup with some old furniture and a lot of property listings on the walls. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or want to sell a plot of land. It’s a lot of walking around the neighborhood to show houses or land to clients. The dust from the road comes in whenever the door opens, so we are always cleaning the desks. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people stopping by or calling the number on our sign. Sometimes it gets really hot in the afternoons, so we keep a fan going all day. The work is straightforward and we don't use any confusing language with our customers. We tell them what is available and what the price is. Most of the people we deal with are locals or people moving into the area for work. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living. We keep things moving and try to help where we can.
