Jharokha Restaurant

Jharokha Restaurant is part of the Hotel Arihant Palace over in Napier Town. We are right near the Russal Chowk Crossing, which is a busy spot in Jabalpur. Being at 958 Napier Town means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's enough for the folks who come in. We have tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We start the day early getting the kitchen prepped. It's a lot of chopping and cleaning before the first customer arrives. The staff is mostly local guys who have been here a long time. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just a place to get a meal when you are in this part of town. The 482001 area is usually active, so there's always something going on outside. Inside, we just focus on the orders. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just write the daily specials on a board and hope people like them. Sometimes it's noisy because of the traffic from the crossing, but we don't mind. We just keep serving food until it's time to close up. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we cook, we clean, and we do it again the next day. This has been our routine for a long time now. We just stay busy.
