Chaar Bigha

Our office, Chaar Bigha, is in the Parizad Appartment. That's in South Tukoganj. It's a quiet enough spot for Indore. We’ve been here for a bit. It’s a residential-style building so it feels quite cozy. We deal with land and property stuff. Not a huge corporate office, just a room where we keep our maps and papers. People drop by to talk. Sometimes we are out on the field. South Tukoganj is a nice area. We like the trees around here. It feels more personal than a big commercial building. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for guests. Usually, someone is here to answer the phone. We don't have big flashy signs. Just a small plate usually. We’ve settled in well at Parizad Appartment. Most days are just spent checking details and talking to folks who come in. It’s a local business through and through. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If you are in South Tukoganj, you’ve probably walked past us. It's easy to find if you know the apartment name. We just do our work and go home. No fancy mission statements here. Just a place where business happens. We handle our paperwork manually mostly. The files are stacked on the shelf in the corner. It is a bit disorganized sometimes but we know where everything is. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to be honest with anyone who comes by for advice or help.
