Food Express Restaurant

Our place, Food Express Restaurant, sits in the LG 7 8 section of the Hotel Mangal Regency. Being in Vijay Nagar, Indore, means there is always a lot of noise and movement. We are situated right opposite Bombay Hospital. You can also see the Infinity Hotel from our entrance. The traffic on the main road out there is something else, especially in the evenings. We get a lot of people coming in from the hospital who look a bit tired or stressed. We try to get their orders out as quickly as we can. Indore is famous for its food culture, so there are places to eat on every corner. We don't worry about that too much. We just focus on our own work. The hotel basement location actually keeps the temperature a bit cooler than it is out on the street. We have some lights that flicker sometimes, but we haven't got around to calling the electrician yet. The staff has mostly been with us for a year or two now. We usually eat our own lunch around 4 PM when the main rush finally dies down. It’s not a shiny corporate office environment. It’s just a restaurant. We have menus that have a few pen marks on them where we had to change the prices last month. Vijay Nagar is a fast-paced area, so we just try to keep up with the daily flow.
