Spice & Cream

We are set up inside Hotel Prem Shanti, which is in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. Our specific spot is 2 Pu 4, Scheme No 54, right across from Bombay Hospital. It’s a busy part of town with people coming and going from the hospital and the shops all day long. Spice & Cream isn't some high-end, polished establishment. We are a local place where you can get a meal without feeling like you have to dress up. Being in the hotel means we get a mix of travelers and local Indore residents. The street outside is always humming with activity, but we try to keep things steady inside. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the tables to managing the kitchen. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just open up every morning and do the work. Some days we have more customers than seats, and other days it’s a bit quieter. We just take it as it comes. The staff here has been around for a while, so they know how things work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Vijay Nagar, just a reliable one where you can get some food and a bit of a rest. If you’re near the hospital, we are right there across the way. We keep it honest and focus on the daily tasks. It is just a normal restaurant doing its thing every day.
