Northern Flavour

We are one of the stalls in the Multi Bite Food Court, which is on the second floor of Mangal City Mall. You can find us right there on A B Road in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. Being in a food court means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere. We have our own little corner where we cook the food. The menu is mostly stuff from the northern part of the country, which is what we know best. We don't have our own private tables, so our customers just sit wherever there is space in the mall's common area. It gets very busy on the weekends when families come to the mall for movies or shopping. We have to work fast to keep up with the orders during the dinner rush. The kitchen equipment is squeezed into a small space, so we have to stay organized. We buy our spices and ingredients from the local market every couple of days. The staff is mostly young guys who are quick on their feet. We don't have a fancy sign or anything, just our name and the menu board. It’s a fast-paced environment and we just try to make sure every plate that goes out is hot. It’s honest work and we like being part of the mall community. We clean our own counter and prep area throughout the day to keep things in order.
