Executive Meal

You can find us at LG 28 in the Mangal City Mall, which is on AB Road in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. Being in the lower ground floor means we don’t get the big windows, but we get a lot of the foot traffic from people walking through the mall. Vijay Nagar is always packed, and AB Road is basically a parking lot during rush hour. I spend most of my shift in the kitchen or behind the counter. It’s a fast pace because people in Indore 452010 are usually in a hurry to get back to work or finish their shopping. We focus on getting meals out without making people wait too long. The mall environment is a bit strange sometimes, with the same music playing over the speakers all day, but you get used to it. I like the lunchtime rush most because it makes the clock move faster. We see a lot of office workers from around Vijay Nagar who just want something decent to eat that isn't too expensive. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything, we just make food and pack it up. The place is called Executive Meal. If you are down in the LG level of Mangal City Mall, you will probably see our sign near the other shops. It’s a small space but we make it work. Every day is pretty much the same routine of prepping and serving.
