Jain Bhel Center is at 47 1, Kailash Marg in Malhar Ganj, Indore. We are right in the heart of the old city area. If you know Indore, you know that Malhar Ganj is a very busy market. Our shop is quite small and we have been here for a long time. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit down, so most of our customers just stand near the counter or take their food to go. We focus on bhel and other local snacks. People in this city really love their street food. We use simple ingredients like puffed rice, some spices, and different types of sev. Everything is kept in jars on the counter. We don't have a secret mission or anything like that. We just want to make snacks that people enjoy. The street outside is always full of noise from the traffic and the other shops. It is a very lively place to work. We don't do any marketing. Our customers are the people who shop in Malhar Ganj or live in the nearby lanes. We start our work in the morning by getting all the chutneys ready. It is a simple life and a simple business. We don't have any corporate office or fancy branding. It is just a small spot on Kailash Marg where you can get a quick snack.
