Fill Fora Food

Our place is at 25 Bf in Malwa Enclave, which is over in Vijay Nagar. If you know where Food Land Restaurant is in Scheme No 54, we are right there too. Indore is a city that loves to eat, so we thought we should be a part of that. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot in the enclave. It’s mostly just us working here every day. The kitchen is busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the delivery bikes make a lot of noise outside, but that’s just part of the business these days. We have a few tables inside if you want to sit down, but a lot of people just take their food home. We try to keep things organized but it gets a bit chaotic when the dinner rush starts. It’s just honest work. We buy our supplies from the local market and try to keep everything fresh. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just make food and hope people enjoy it. It’s been a few years now and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well. It feels good to be a part of the community here in Vijay Nagar. We often have to remind the delivery guys to park properly so they don't block the entrance. It's a small place but we manage to get a lot of cooking done in that kitchen. We just keep going one day at a time, making sure we have enough spices and rice for the next shift.
