Zza-Bl Restaurants Llp is based out of the Vijetha Midas Touch Apartments on White Fields Road. Being in Kondapur means things are always moving fast, but our little spot in F.No. 705 is where we manage everything. We aren't a giant chain with thousands of locations. We’re just a small team trying to figure out the restaurant business in a neighborhood that’s growing way too fast. It can be a bit tricky running a business from an apartment complex, but we make it work with what we have. We spend a lot of time talking about recipes and how to make things taste better without costing too much. There are days when the phone won't stop ringing and days when it's completely silent. We've made mistakes, like getting an order wrong or forgetting to call someone back, but we always try to fix it when we can. The kitchen is small, so we have to be really organized, which isn't always our strongest suit. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table with laptops and some coffee. We like being part of the Kondapur community because it feels like everyone is trying to build something here. We’re just one small part of that, making food and trying to keep the lights on. It’s hard work, but it’s what we chose to do with our time.
