Zoom Tech

Zoom Tech is located in the Balreddy Colony area of Tolichoki in Hyderabad. It’s a pretty lively neighborhood to be in. We have our small shop set up here where we deal with tech stuff. It’s not a massive service center with hundreds of employees. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting behind the counter or working on something at the back bench. Balreddy Colony is a nice place, mostly residential but with enough shops like ours to keep it busy. We started Zoom Tech because we liked messing around with gadgets and realized we could help out people in the area. The shop is a bit cramped because we have parts and tools everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just walk in when their phone or computer acts up. We talk to them like neighbors because they usually are. Hyderabad heat can be tough, so we keep the fan going and just work through the day. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to finish. It’s not a corporate life. We deal with real problems for real people every day. We’ve been in Tolichoki long enough that most of the regulars know our names. It’s a simple, local way to run a tech business. We just do the work.
