Irm Travels

We are located in Humayun Nagar, specifically near Mehdipatnam in Hyderabad. Our address is H.No: 10-3-192/1/1/A. If you know this area, you know how busy the roads can get. There are always buses and cars honking outside. Our office is a small place where we handle travel bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking bus schedules. It is a lot of back and forth with customers. Some people want to go to the village, others are heading to the city for work. We try to get them the right tickets. The office has a couple of chairs for people to wait. We have an old calendar on the wall and a lot of notebooks. It is not a very polished place. We have files tucked into corners and the floor is a bit worn from all the walking. We don't use any big words or fancy promises. We just tell people what is available and what the price is. Sometimes the system goes down and we have to wait, which can be annoying. We have been doing this in Mehdipatnam for a long time. The staff knows the routes well. We just come in every morning, open the shutters, and start taking bookings. It is a noisy, busy, and real part of the city. We are just glad to be a part of the daily commute for so many people.
