Front Office Executive

We sit here at 228/C Ligh B.K Guda in S.R Nagar. This is our main spot in Hyderabad-36 where all the front office executive tasks happen every single day. Usually, the morning starts pretty early and we have to get everything ready for when the first people start showing up at the door. It is a bit of a small space but we have made it work over the years. S.R Nagar is a busy part of town so there is always noise from the street coming in. We handle the phone calls and the mail that comes through. Sometimes people just walk in looking for directions or asking about what we do here at the office. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just work, you know? The address is easy to find once you are in the B.K Guda area. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but it is okay for now. We mostly focus on getting the paperwork filed correctly so there aren't any problems later on. Hyderabad can get really hot in the summer so we keep the fans going all the time. It is a simple setup but it works for us. Most of the staff has been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well enough to feel at home here in this part of the city.
