Indian Airlines

This is the Indian Airlines office at H.No.8-265, Plot No.226 in New Vivekanandanagarcolony. We are located in the Chintal area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical office environment. We are tucked away among the houses and small shops. I’ve been working out of this location for quite some time now. We don't deal with passengers or flights directly here. It’s mostly administrative work and handling piles of documents. The office is just a couple of rooms with some old wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, where we can see the kids playing after school. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the occasional delivery truck. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We bring our lunch from home and eat together at the big table in the middle. Sometimes people wander in thinking they can buy a ticket to Delhi, and we have to explain that the airport is far away. It’s a bit of a slow pace compared to the rest of the airline world. We just keep things moving behind the scenes. It's a steady, simple routine for us in Chintal. The office cat usually sleeps on the printer.
