You can find us at Vyankatesh Sadan, which is located in the Ramanand Nagar Extension area of Nanded. It’s a fairly quiet part of the city, not like the crowded market areas. We run our operations from this building, which feels more like a home than a strict office space. There’s a bit of a garden in the front, though it’s mostly just a few potted plants and some dry grass. Inside, we have a couple of rooms set up with computers and phones to handle all the flight-related work. Nanded is a smaller city, so word spreads fast, and we get a lot of people just walking in because their cousin told them about us. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines; if you want water, you just head to the kitchen in the back. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the curtains are a bit faded from the sun, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking ticket prices on the screen. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when it rains, so we just wait it out and try again. It’s a very simple, honest way of doing business without any corporate layers. We know our regulars by name and they usually stay for a chat about the weather or local politics before they leave.
