Mahindra Holidays And Resorts

We are based out of the Banjarallis area. It is one of those places where there is always something happening. Our office handles a lot of the holiday and resort planning for people looking to get away for a few days. It is mostly just us sitting at desks with headsets on. We talk to families all day. Some are happy, some are confused about their bookings. It gets pretty hectic around the holidays. The space we have is okay, nothing too special. We have posters on the walls of different places, which is nice to look at when things get stressful. We drink a lot of water because we talk so much. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to people on the phone. That is just how it goes. We don't have a big sign or anything. It is a practical work environment. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many members and resorts, the paperwork can get a bit messy. We are just regular people trying to help other people find a place to stay. Usually, the office smells like whatever someone brought for lunch. We stay late sometimes when the phones don't stop ringing. It is a lot of coordinating schedules and checking dates. We have been doing this for a while now. We just focus on the next call and the next booking without making a big fuss about it.
