Call Center Executive In Aegis Bpo

My name is Akeesh Kumar and I work from my house at H-No-6-2-104 in the Errakunta area of Subhash Nagar, Nizamabad. Since this is a residential neighborhood, you’ll hear the sounds of the street all day, from the vegetable sellers to the neighbor's kids playing outside. I’ve set up a small corner in one of the rooms with a decent desk and my headset to handle my call center work. It’s not a big BPO building with hundreds of people; it’s just me and my setup right here in the middle of a busy household. The Nizamabad heat can get pretty intense, so I have a small cooler running next to me to keep the equipment from overheating. I spend most of my shift answering calls and typing notes into the system. Sometimes the power goes out in Subhash Nagar and I have to quickly switch to my backup battery so the call doesn't drop. It’s a lot of sitting in one place for long hours, and the chair isn't exactly the most comfortable thing in the world, but it gets the job done. I don't have a team leader hovering over my shoulder, though the local noises sometimes make it feel like I’m right in the middle of a market. It’s a simple life, just trying to stay on top of the work while managing things at home at the same time.
