Reservation Executive

Our office is located at 18-1-514/21 in the Phool Bagh area. If you know Chandrayan Gutta, it is not too hard to find us. Being a reservation executive means spending a lot of time looking at screens and talking on the phone to get things sorted out. It is a lot of back and forth with people. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all afternoon and other times it is very quiet and we just sit here waiting for something to happen. Phool Bagh is an interesting place to work. There are always people moving around outside and the local shops are close by if we need a tea break. We have been operating out of this specific building for some time now. It is a basic room with what we need to get the job done. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just the computers and the ledgers we use to keep track of the bookings. Chandrayan Gutta can get crowded during the holidays so we have to be ready for the extra work that comes with that. Usually, we just try to keep the records straight so nobody gets their dates mixed up. It can be a bit stressful when a lot of people want the same things at once but we just take it one person at a time. The address 18-1-514/21 is where you will find us most days of the week just doing our usual routine to keep things moving along nicely for everyone involved.
