Zafraan Caterers

We run our catering business out of 10-3-12/S4/S5 in Mehdipatnam. We are located right opposite Apollo Hospital and beside the Khaja Gulshan Mosque. It is a very busy area, especially during prayer times or when the hospital has a lot of visitors. Our space is more of a working kitchen than a place to sit down and eat. Most of our work involves preparing large amounts of food for events, weddings, or parties around Hyderabad. The kitchen is always buzzing with activity. We have big pots and heavy-duty stoves because we cook in bulk. It can get very hot and loud with the exhaust fans running all day. Our team knows exactly what to do when a big order comes in. We do not have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to clients right there near the prep tables or over the phone. We have had some long nights when we have to get food ready for an early morning event. It is hard work, and our clothes usually smell like spices by the end of the shift. We do not spend money on commercials or flyers. Most people hear about us from their friends or family who have used our services before. We just focus on getting the salt and spice levels right in every big batch we make. It is a busy life but we enjoy the work.
