Yaddavv Jowari Roti Parcel

Our place is called Yaddavv Jowari Roti Parcel. We are located at H. No. 8-3-162 in Sanjay Nagar, Borabanda. It’s a small spot, but we stay busy making rotis for people to take home. Making jowar rotis is a lot of work and takes a bit of skill to get right. We don't have a big dining room or anything like that. It’s mainly for parcels. You come by, pick up your food, and go. Sanjay Nagar is a crowded area, so there’s always people walking past our door. We start early in the morning to get everything ready. The smell of the stove is something we’re used to all day. We don't have a fancy menu or a marketing team. We just make the food and sell it to the neighbors. It’s a simple business. We don't use terms like organic or artisanal to describe what we do. It’s just traditional food like people have been eating for years. The house at 8-3-162 is where we do everything. Sometimes we run out of rotis earlier than expected if it’s a busy day. We don't have a website, just the sign out front. It’s just us working hard to make sure people have something good to eat for their dinner. Borabanda is a lively place, and we’re glad to be a small part of it. We just keep the fire going and keep the rotis coming for everyone.
