Welset Services (Polaris Software Lab Ltd, Hyd)

We’re based out of house number 2-44 in Kotwalguda, which is over in the Shamshabad area of Ranga Reddy. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center of Hyderabad, but being out here has its own pace. We work closely with the Polaris Software Lab setup, mostly handling service-related tasks that keep the bigger operations moving. The office is a practical space, nothing too flashy, with just the equipment we need to do our jobs properly. You can reach us on our local landline if you need to talk to someone directly. We’ve been in this spot for several years and the locals know us as the tech service folks. The area is developing fast because of the nearby airport, so there’s always something new being built nearby. Our team is small and we all know each other well, which makes the work day go by a bit faster. We don’t spend much on advertising or trying to look like a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle software and service issues. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to use the generator, but that’s just part of working in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We take things as they come and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big production out of it. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out, and we like it.
