Vijaya Caterers is tucked away in Migh 13 over in Aphb Colony. We have been in the Moula Ali area for more years than I can count on my fingers. Most mornings the kitchen is already steaming before the sun even comes up. We handle big pots of rice and stir huge pans of vegetables every single day. It isn't a quiet job, that’s for sure. There is always the sound of knives hitting boards and someone shouting for more salt or onions. We started this out of a small kitchen and just grew because people liked the food we made for local marriages and housewarmings. We don’t have some big corporate team or a marketing person.
