Vaishnavi Caterers

Our place is at H No 1-1/8, right in the middle of Mohan Nagar in the Sbh Colony area of Kothapet. It is just a regular house where we handle all the cooking and packing for the orders that come in. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with our delivery vans and bikes, but the neighbors are mostly used to it by now. We started Vaishnavi Caterers because we knew how to handle big meals, and it just grew from there without much planning. There is always someone in the kitchen area chopping onions or cleaning up those really large pots we use. It is physically hard work and the floor is usually wet from washing everything down constantly. We don't have a fancy office or any polished reception area. It is just the kitchen and the storage rooms where we keep the rice and oils. Most mornings here start around five when the milk and fresh vegetables arrive at the door. We spend a lot of time figuring out the best routes for the deliveries so the food doesn't sit too long in the heat. Kothapet is a very busy part of town and getting through the local traffic can be a real headache on some days. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a long time. They know where every single spice is kept without even looking. If you walk past Sbh Colony, you can usually smell the masala.
