I work out of Quarter No 316/B in the B.H.E.L Township at Ramachandrapuram. This is where the Smart Order Facilities for My Home Navadweepa are managed. Living and working inside a township like BHEL is quite different from being in the middle of Hyderabad city. It’s a lot more organized and quiet, but there is still plenty to do every single day. My role as a unit manager means I spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the facility to see how things are going. We deal with various orders and make sure the logistics are handled correctly. The office is basically a residential quarter converted for our use, so it has a very homey and lived-in feel. We have our files, our computers, and our tea breaks just like anywhere else. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, especially when there are a lot of orders coming in at once, but we just take it one step at a time. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed most of the time, and we’ve all been working together for a while now. We don't have any big corporate mission; we just want to make sure the orders get processed and the unit runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s a steady job in a nice, green part of the township. We just do the daily routine until it's time to go home.
