Ty Toy (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located at D. No:3-8-257, on Plot No: 33 along the 3rd Line in Chandrapuri Colony, L.B Nagar. Our place is usually pretty colorful because of all the toys we have around. It isn't a giant factory; it's more like a large workshop. We have boxes stacked up in the corners and samples sitting on the desks. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and checking the quality of what we make. It’s a family-ish atmosphere here. We all know each other and often share snacks during the afternoon break. We aren't some massive international corporation with thousands of rules. We just have a few basic guidelines to make sure everything is safe and fun for kids. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the right line in the colony, so we have to go out and wave them down. The building is simple, painted a plain color, but inside it’s a bit more lively. We don't have a professional spokesperson or a slick PR firm. We just make toys and hope people like them. It’s a lot of work, especially when we are getting ready for a big holiday season, but we enjoy it. We aren't trying to be fancy. We are just a group of people in L.B Nagar making things that bring a little joy. It gets messy with glue and fabric scraps everywhere, but that’s part of the process. We really like seeing the finished products ready to go out.
