Our main office is situated at Plot No 41 in Nagarjuna Hills. It feels a bit different up here compared to the heavy industrial areas where we have other operations. We have been in this location for quite a long time. The building is older, but it works fine for our needs. Inside, you will see desks piled high with paperwork and phones that never seem to stop ringing throughout the day. We manage several different projects under the Sujana name, so things stay pretty busy and sometimes a bit chaotic. People are constantly moving in and out for meetings or to check on the progress of various jobs. We don't have fancy artwork or expensive carpets on the floors. We are more concerned with making sure the projects are finished on time and the accounts are correct. The view from our windows is mostly just the other office buildings nearby. We have a small corner for the coffee machine, which is where everyone gathers in the morning. Some days the traffic on the hills is really bad, but we just plan for it. We aren't interested in making big, polished speeches about ourselves. We just show up and do what needs to be done every day. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We have a good mix of experienced people and newer staff working together at Sujana Universal Industries Ltd.
