Lsp Construction Systems Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 481 in the Phase V Extension. This part of the city is still growing, so there is always some kind of roadwork or new building going up around us. Our office is more like a functional hub where we keep track of projects and equipment. It’s not a quiet place because there’s always someone coming in to pick up tools or discuss a site plan. We have a few desks that are usually covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. Most of our guys are out on sites during the day, so it can get a bit lonely in the office until they return in the evening. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets done correctly. The walk from the main road to our plot is a bit of a stretch, so we usually have bikes or old cars parked out front. We’ve had some issues with the internet connection lately, which makes the paperwork go a bit slower than we’d like. It’s just a regular local business where everyone wears multiple hats. One day you’re handling accounts and the next you’re helping load a truck. We don't try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a group of people working out of a shed and an office in the extension area.
