If you head up to Floor No. 201 in the Kmr Complex, you’ll find us at Toys N Kids World Pvt. Ltd. We are right at the Nizampet X Road in Kukatpally, which is one of the busiest spots you can imagine. The traffic outside is always crawling, but inside our office, it’s a different kind of chaos. We have boxes of toys stacked up almost to the ceiling. It’s not a pretty retail store where everything is on display; it’s more of a hub where we manage everything. We have remote-controlled cars, dolls, and board games scattered around on different desks. It’s a bit funny to be adults sitting in an office surrounded by kids' stuff. The Kmr Complex is always buzzing with people going to different offices or the JNTU students walking around nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of what needs to be shipped out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate branding. We just like toys and we like being in the middle of Kukatpally where all the action is. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is broken, so we have to carry boxes up the stairs, which is quite a workout. It’s a real, slightly messy business. We’re just a small team trying to keep up with the demand and making sure the shelves don’t fall over.
