Park & Company

Park & Company is right on the main road in Chikadpally, specifically at Dr.No.1-8-3/17. We are very close to the Chikadpally Bridge, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside our door. It’s a busy spot to be in. The building is an older one, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We have been here for a good amount of time, watching the neighborhood change around us. The shop floor is usually filled with people coming in from the street to ask questions or look at what we have. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions or corporate vibes. It’s just a counter, some shelves, and us. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to wipe everything down twice a day. The humidity in Hyderabad can be a bit much, especially during the middle of the day. We usually keep a fan going near the desk. It’s a simple setup. We handle our daily business, talk to the locals, and keep the records in big ledger books. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten in the small back room. There is always the sound of horns honking from the bridge. It’s a frantic pace outside, but inside we just try to get through the work one customer at a time. It’s a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit loud.
