So we are over at the CISF NFC Campus in Hyderabad. To be more exact, we are in Q.No. 7/10. It’s a bit of a specific spot because it’s right by the ECIL Post. We have been helping folks with their trips for a good long while now. Since we are actually inside the campus, it is usually pretty quiet and feels safe. We spend most of our time handling train bookings and flight tickets for the people who live nearby. People just tend to drop by when they realize they need to go somewhere for a holiday or a family function. We try to look for the best routes that won't cost an arm and a leg. It’s a simple setup we have here. We’ve got a couple of computers, a printer that sometimes makes a lot of noise, and stacks of papers everywhere. Sometimes the internet connection acts up and it takes a few extra minutes to get the tickets printed out, but we always manage to get it finished eventually. We know most of the families living around here since it is a campus community. It feels more like we are just helping our neighbors out than running a big company. We do not have a massive glowing sign outside. You just have to look for our door number. We have seen a lot of things change in the travel world since we started. People still like coming in to talk about where they are going. It beats staring at a phone screen alone. We make sure the dates are right and everyone’s name is spelled correctly on the forms. Travel can be a bit of a headache, so we just try to make that part a little smoother for everyone around the ECIL area.
