Our setup is in the City Parel Building on Plot No. 80, which is right in the middle of the Gachibowli rush. We are sitting right beside the IDBI Bank. If you have been to this part of the city, you know how busy the roads get. There is always a lot of traffic and people heading to their offices. Inside our space, it’s a bit different. We focus on our food products and keeping things moving. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and checking the quality of what comes in. The building is busy, so we see a lot of people in the hallways. Our office isn't very big, and we have boxes stacked in corners that probably shouldn't be there. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. We have a small kitchen area where we test things out, and that usually smells pretty good. Sometimes the smell drifts out into the bank next door. We deal with a lot of suppliers and vendors, so there is a constant stream of people coming in with invoices or samples. It gets hectic around lunchtime when everyone is out on the street. We just stick to our routine and make sure the orders are being processed. It’s a fast-paced area, but we’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant movement of the city.
