Travelpack

Travelpack is situated right beside the Andhra Bank in Nagayalanka. It’s a small place in the Krishna District, and everyone around here knows U Venkateswarao’s family. We handle travel arrangements for people in the village and the surrounding areas of Andhra Pradesh. It’s not a high-tech office with neon signs; it’s just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a computer that sees a lot of use. People stop by after they finish their business at the bank to ask about train tickets or bus routes. We know most of our customers by name since it’s a tight-knit community. The weather can get quite hot out here, so we usually have the door open to catch a breeze. We don't have a big website or a call center. If someone wants to go somewhere, they just walk in and we figure it out together. It’s a slow pace of life in Nagayalanka, and our business reflects that. We take our time to make sure the dates are right and the prices are fair. Sometimes we just sit and talk about the rains or the local news while the tickets are printing. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve been part of this street for a long time, and we don't plan on changing how we operate. It’s just honest work helping neighbors get where they need to go.
