We are located at 20-144/B in the second phase of HB Colony in Tarnaka. That is over in Secunderabad, and our pin code is 500001. We’ve been running this travel business from this spot for a good while now. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not like being in a big shopping mall or a skyscraper. We have a few desks and some maps on the walls, and that’s about it. People come to us when they want to go somewhere else, whether it’s for work or a holiday. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and talking to airlines or hotels. It’s not always easy, especially when schedules change at the last minute, but we do our best to straighten it out. We aren't a big chain, just a local office where we know our customers by their first names. Secunderabad is home for us, and we like being part of the HB Colony neighborhood. Most of our day is spent answering emails and making phone calls. We don’t have any slick marketing slogans. We just try to help people get their travel plans sorted without them having to worry about the details too much. It’s a small, steady business and we are happy to keep it running from here.
