We are over here at 1-7-659/1 in the Ramnagar area of Hyderabad. It is a busy spot near Sudhakar's place. Most days start early with the drivers coming in to pick up keys for the day. We have been doing this for a while now. The office is small but it gets the job done. You can usually find Srinivasa Rao around if there is an issue with a booking or a car. We handle a lot of trips around the city and sometimes longer ones out of town. It gets loud with the traffic outside on the main road. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to write everything down in the big register books. That's just how it goes here. The walls could use a new coat of paint but we are too busy to deal with that right now. People come in asking for directions a lot since we are right there in the middle of the neighborhood. We try to keep the cars clean and the schedules on time. It is a lot of coordination between the phone calls and the drivers. Some days are smoother than others. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the next group to arrive. If you walk past the building, you'll see the Tirumala Travels sign hanging out front. We just keep moving every day. It is a regular local business run by regular people who know the roads well.
