Tiketing Reservation

Our shop is located at 9-11-416/8/A/3 near the Moti Darwaza in the Golconda area. It is a very old part of the city with a lot of history around every corner. We focus on Tiketing Reservation for people who need to travel. The office is small and tucked away, so you have to look closely for the sign. We have a couple of computers and a phone that rings quite a bit. It’s just a simple room with some chairs for customers to sit while we look up their tickets. The walls have some old calendars and maps on them. We’ve been here for a long time and the people in the neighborhood know us by name. It can get pretty hot in the summer because the building is old, so we keep the fans going all day. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit to finish the bookings. We don't mind the slower pace of life here in Golconda. It is a nice change from the high-rise buildings in the newer parts of Hyderabad. We just do our best to help everyone who walks through the door. It is a humble little place, but we take our work seriously. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the street gets quiet. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping people get from one place to another with their travel plans.
