Tiffin Box

You can find Tiffin Box on the first floor of the Vasundra Complex, right on M G Road in Ranigunj. It’s a busy area with a lot of commerce happening all around us. Being up on the first floor means you have to climb a few steps, but most people don't seem to mind once they get here. The space isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped during the lunch hour. We have several fans running to try and keep the air moving, though the heat from the kitchen usually wins. From our windows, you can look down and see the traffic crawling along M G Road. We spend a lot of our day packing up parcels for workers in the nearby shops. There is always a stack of containers waiting to be filled. The lighting inside is a bit bright, and the furniture is just basic tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We handle everything ourselves, from the cooking to the cleaning. If a supplier is late with the vegetables, we just make do with what we have on hand. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team telling us what to do. It is just a local business trying to get through the day and provide a meal for the people who work in Ranigunj. It gets noisy and sometimes the floor is a bit slippery, but we do our best to keep up. We've been here for a while and the routine stays the same.
