Our office is tucked away in Flat C 302 of the Ruhaina Apartments. We are in the Tarnaka area of Secunderabad, which is a busy part of town. Even though we are part of a bigger name, this specific spot feels very local and low-key. We handle a lot of travel documents and money exchange right from this apartment unit. It is a bit different than a mall office because you have to come up to the third floor to see us. We have desks set up in the main room and files everywhere. Most of the day is spent checking passports or confirming flight times for people in 500017. It gets a bit crowded when three or four families show up at the same time to get their visas sorted. We just pull up extra chairs from the kitchen and keep going. The view from the window is mostly other apartment buildings and the street below. We have a small tea station in the corner for when things get a bit stressful. It is a practical way to work, and being in a residential building makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a corporate tower. We know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well by now. People come here because it is convenient for this side of Secunderabad and they know we will just get the paperwork finished without any extra trouble.
