Thomas Cook (India) Ltd- Hyderabad

We are the Thomas Cook (India) Ltd office located in a pretty unique spot. We are over at House Number 613 within the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, part of the Department of Space in Sriharikota. Even though we have Hyderabad in our name, this is our branch in the Nellore district of Andra Pradesh, pin code 524124. It’s a bit different working inside a space center area compared to a regular city street. We handle travel and foreign exchange for the people here. It’s a quiet place, but the work is steady. We don’t have a big, flashy office. It’s a functional space where we keep our records and help customers who walk in. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, trying to sort out travel plans. Being in Sriharikota means we’re part of a specific community. We’ve been here at Phcii H.No:613 for some time now. We don’t really do big advertising; people just know we’re here when they need us. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of paperwork. We like the pace here. It’s not like the big city offices where everyone is rushing around. We just take it one customer at a time and try to get things right. It’s a straightforward job in an interesting location. We like being based in this part of Nellore Dt and serving the local staff.
