You’ll find us at Flat No. 406 in Block A of the Nasr Apartments. We are right on A.C. Guards Road in the Lakdi Ka Pul area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit different from your typical corporate office because we are based in an apartment building. It gives the place a more relaxed feel, even though we stay quite busy with travel bookings and foreign exchange. There are usually a few of us in the office, and it can get a bit cramped when we have several people visiting at once. We don't have any of those big, polished reception desks. We just use what we have and focus on the work. The traffic outside on the main road is almost always loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns over the years. We handle everything from basic ticket questions to more complicated travel documents. We don't try to sugarcoat things or use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If a flight is full or a price is high, we just tell you. We like being in Lakdi Ka Pul because it’s a central hub. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we have to walk up the stairs, but that’s just part of being here. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and appreciate the people who stop by to get their travel sorted with us.
