Thirumalacabs

You can find us at House Number 161 in Dowtan Bazar, which is over by the Bollarum Post in Secunderabad. We run Thirumalacabs out of this location, and it’s basically where all the coordination happens. The place is actually part of Bala Muralidhar’s setup. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s a real house where we keep the keys, the logs, and the phones. Since we’re a cab service, the phones are usually ringing quite a bit with people looking for rides or drivers checking in. It gets pretty hectic during the early mornings and late nights when everyone is moving around. We have a small desk where we keep track of the vehicles. Sometimes the street outside in Dowtan Bazar gets a bit crowded, making it tricky for cars to pull up, but we make do. We’ve been in Secunderabad for a long time and know all the shortcuts and traffic spots. It’s honest work, just making sure people get where they need to go. We don't have a lot of staff in the office, just a couple of us taking turns. The room is filled with maps and ledgers. We write everything down to make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We've built up a bit of a reputation in the Bollarum area just by being here every day.
