The Itc Kakatiya Hotel

The Itc Kakatiya Hotel sits right on the main road in Begumpet. If you have been to Hyderabad, you have probably driven past us a hundred times. We have been here at 6-3-1187 for a long time, and the building has become a bit of a landmark in this part of town. It is a very busy area with all the traffic and the shops nearby. Inside, it is a lot of work to keep a place this size going. We have people working in the kitchens, the laundry, the front desk, and everywhere else. It is a big operation. We get a lot of business travelers because we are close to many offices. The lobby is usually full of people meeting for coffee or waiting for their cars. We have our fair share of problems, like the elevators acting up or the AC needing repairs, especially during those really hot summer months. We just try to stay on top of it all. The staff here is like a small village; we have people who have worked here since the doors first opened. It is not always perfect, and it can be stressful when there is a big event going on, but we manage. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure the guests have what they need.
