The Center Is

We are located over in the DRDO Township at Kanchanbagh. Being inside Sch-346, specifically around the Lab S quarters, makes for a pretty quiet environment compared to the rest of Hyderabad. Our day starts early because that’s just how things are around here. Most of the people working at The Center Is have been here for a good amount of time now. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy. It's more about the actual work we get through during the week. The space is filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff you'd expect. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things and making sure the schedules are followed. It’s a bit of a trek to get into the city from this side, so we mostly stick to our local routines. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets a bit much, but the fans keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea while we look over documents or wait for calls to come through. It isn’t exactly a high-pressure corporate environment, but we stay busy enough that the clock moves fast. There’s a certain rhythm to how things work in a township area. You know your neighbors and you know the layout of the streets by heart. We just show up, do the work that’s assigned for the day, and head home when it's done.
